UX Writer and Content Designer III

Design intuitive product experiences through clear language that helps users accomplish their goals. Collaborate with various teams to define product goals and manage projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive product experiences through clear language that helps Marketing users accomplish their goals.
• Support your team in defining product goals and narratives across multiple platforms and touch points.
• Apply established style guidelines and UX content best practices, on complex products and tools.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to define requirements. Manage projects and stakeholder communication.
• Support executive key decision makers by contributing to studies, workshops, and reviews that drive the product work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in UX writing, content design, technical writing, writing, editorial, marketing, or related, as well as leading content strategy projects.
• Experience on UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects.
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume.
• 2 years of writing, editorial, marketing, or UX writing experience in an agency setting (preferred).
• 2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional technology organization (preferred).
• Knowledge of design tools, like Figma (preferred).
• Understanding of user experience research principles and practices (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI content strategy skills, such as prompting, model output evals, and conversational design principles (preferred).
• Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills (preferred).
