Define and drive the overall content strategy for Trust by developing content frameworks and governance standards. Influence product strategy by providing data-informed, content-led approaches and guiding teams through the end-to-end content design process.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the overall content strategy for Trust by developing content frameworks, governance standards, and resources for scalable consent, transparency, and controls solutions.
  • Influence product strategy by providing data-informed, content-led approaches and guiding teams through the end-to-end content design process.
  • Partner with product management and legal to shape and apply regulatory requirements to content solutions in user-centric and durable ways.
  • Drive the UX research strategy and help align the definition and measurement of UX quality, including comprehension, to inform content design for evolving user needs.
  • Lead planning and prioritization efforts with cross-functional stakeholders and UX peers to define opportunities, drive innovation, and build strong working relationships across Google.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in UX writing, content design, technical writing, writing, editorial, marketing, or related, as well as leading content strategy projects.
  • Experience on UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Experience creating and executing content strategies for products.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Management, Engineering, and Legal).
  • Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume.

Key Skills

  • Experience influencing product strategy with a content-led approach.
  • Experience with internationalization, localization, and information architecture.
  • Experience working with legal partners or in a compliance or regulatory space.
  • Experience with AI features and platforms.

  • Ability to lead planning and prioritization efforts with cross-functional stakeholders.
