Zattoo is seeking a Freelance Product Designer to design a seamless watch interface for their TV streaming service, focusing on user experience and interaction.
Responsibilities
- Use data to understand user journeys and identify possible improvements
- Define when and what to track to better inform design decisions
- Conduct user tests to better understand how to improve our product
- Join workshops to get a shared understanding of the problem
- Partner with peers and cross-disciplinary teams to collaborate on creating solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer
- A portfolio of professional work in the streaming industry is required
- Passion for user-centered design
- Expertise in the layout of information to reduce cognitive load
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations
- Great communication skills in written and verbal English
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience using tools such as Figma & Miro
Key Skills
- Translating user needs into concrete solutions
- Eye for detail and consistency
- Ability to switch between different projects
- Fluency in German (bonus)
