UI & UX Designer

Agra Fintech is hiring a Lead UX & UI Designer to lead the end-to-end design process, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to final implementation, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with business owners and engineers to balance user requirements, technical constraints, and business objectives
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights to continuously improve product usability and effectiveness
• Develop immersive user experiences by blending color, typography, motion, and interaction design
• Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes that effectively communicate design intent and functionality
• Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design fidelity and a seamless user experience
• Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the evolution of our design system to maintain scalability and consistency
• Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces
• Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable design solutions that address user needs and pain points

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a UX & UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of product design projects, problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces
• Experience working with brand identities and design systems
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
• Familiarity with modern interactive design and animation tools such as Framer, Webflow, Lottie, and Rive (a plus)
• Experience in the fintech or payments industry (a plus)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Key Skills
