UX/UI Designer (all genders) [Graz]

adesso seeks a UX/UI Designer to develop intuitive user interfaces in cross-functional teams, focusing on customer journeys and interaction design.

Responsibilities

• Introduce new ideas and cross-industry best practices to the project team
• Transform strategies, data, and UX into detailed user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interface designs, and conceive unique and intuitive user interfaces
• Present and openly discuss your concepts and designs with colleagues and customers
• Lead customers through state-of-the-art methods from initial idea to finished product (Customer Journey, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, etc.)
• Ensure your ideas and customer requirements flow into clear, user-oriented concepts, prototypes, and designs

Requirements

• Special affinity for designing outstanding digital solutions
• Experience in designing websites, apps, and digital products with established methods like Design Sprints and User Tests
• Good knowledge of tools like Figma, Miro, and the Atlassian Suite (Confluence and Jira), experience with design systems, prototyping, and mobile apps
• Completed studies in Communications Science or UX/UI-oriented training with at least 2 years of relevant professional or project experience
• Impressive portfolio (website or PDF) showcasing experience and passion
• Very good German language skills (C1 level)
