AGL seeks a UX/UI Designer intern/alternant to create user-friendly digital experiences and support the Digital & Innovation team.
Responsibilities
- Participate in user experience design for web and mobile applications
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD...)
- Contribute to co-design workshops and user interviews
- Analyze functional needs and write user stories
- Improve the ergonomics and accessibility of existing interfaces
- Collaborate with product, development, data, and innovation teams
- Implement and evolve a common design system
- Follow user feedback and define continuous improvement tracks
- Meet the graphic needs of the Digital & Innovation team (visuals, videos, graphic universes, flyers...)
Requirements
- In training (design school, university, etc.) with specialization in UX/UI design, graphic design, ergonomics, or equivalent
- Mastery of design tools like Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, etc.
- Passion for innovation and new technologies
- Creativity and rigor in designing intuitive, ergonomic, consistent, and effective solutions
- Clear communication skills in French (English is a plus)
- Analytical skills and ability to visually formalize complex concepts
- Teamwork skills in agile, collaborative, and multicultural environments
- Autonomy and initiative in managing time and reporting progress
- Interest in digital transformation in Africa (optional)
- Previous experience (internship, school project, freelance) is a plus (optional)
