Lead UX Designer

Lead UX Designer needed to lead a high-impact design team focused on redefining personal productivity and empowering modern consumers in the eCommerce industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design vision and execution for AI-enhanced shopping experiences
• Manage and grow a team of UX designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
• Drive design strategy using data-driven insights and design thinking methodologies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders to align on goals and deliver exceptional user experiences
• Elevate the quality of design across digital touchpoints, including web, mobile, and emerging platforms
• Advocate for the user while balancing business objectives and technical constraints
• Own and drive multiple AI-first UX projects critical to business success
• Provide creative direction and critique across workstreams, ensuring user-centered outcomes
• Plan and lead sessions to align stakeholders, uncover insights, and co-create solutions
• Present concepts and final designs to leadership, incorporating feedback and driving consensus
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Marketing
• Explore and apply emerging AI technologies to enhance customer journeys
• Move quickly from concept to execution, testing and refining in real time

Requirements

• Proven experience leading UX design teams in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms
• Expertise in design systems, interaction design, and visual storytelling
• Experience with AI or machine learning-enhanced user experiences is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Growth mindset and a passion for innovation

• Experience in e-commerce, consumer tech, or retail
• Familiarity with design systems and scalable UX frameworks
• Background working with AI/ML teams or products
• Agency or consultancy experience with enterprise clients
