Join Steelcase as a UI/UX Designer to create high-impact visuals for eCommerce platforms, collaborating with marketing and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute digital ad creatives across formats (display, social media, affiliate)
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to produce market-specific visuals
- Experiment with ad formats to optimize performance
- Lead discussions with Brand Communications, eCommerce, and Product Marketing teams
- Ensure campaigns reflect brand identity and meet commercial objectives
Requirements
- Deep understanding of digital design best practices (Google & Facebook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to align design with business objectives (Sales, Awareness, Lead Generation)
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Hubspot (email design), eCommerce landing page creation, CSS, HTML, and Shopify design (preferred)
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience (in-house or agency)
- Experience working with multinational brands/clients in APAC
