Onsite Full-time Manager
Join Halfmore as a Founding Product Designer to shape the user-facing experience of a fintech platform, making complex financial processes intuitive and delightful.
Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into intuitive, family-friendly user experiences.
- Develop and refine Halfmore’s design language, ensuring consistency across mobile and web.
- Create design assets, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
- Collaborate directly with engineering to ship polished, production-ready experiences.
Requirements
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with a portfolio showing polished, user-centered products.
- A bias toward action, with the ability to make decisions with incomplete information, iterate quickly, and simplify complex workflows.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate (preferred, given the founding role).
