Responsibilities
- Leverage the Intuit design system, innovate using new and existing technologies, and design end-to-end user experiences that balance user needs, business objectives, and technological possibilities on web and mobile platforms.
Requirements
- Develop scalable platform solutions and frameworks to align multiple stakeholders across different teams and business units.
- Create prototypes for evaluative research and collaborate on ideal state prototypes for future development.
- Apply design thinking methodologies to deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Operate independently, driving design decisions in partnership with stakeholders from Design, Development, Product Management, and Data/Analytics teams.
- Use facilitative leadership skills to inspire teamwork and collaboration among stakeholders, promoting a learning environment.
