The Graphic Design intern will create content for mobile and social advertising formats for partners. They will ensure designs align with WeMoms brand guidelines and monitor engagement rates to improve ad formats.
Responsibilities
- Design formats in line with the WeMoms brand guidelines while continuously proposing creative innovations
- Understand partners’ objectives (awareness, consideration, recommendation…)
- Understand the expectations of Moms, users (insights)
- Monitor engagement rates on ad formats and constantly look to improve them
- Be responsible for the quality of produced formats and ensure they meet standards
Requirements
- Studying at a school of advertising or art
- Already done an internship as a junior graphic designer, either in an agency or in-house
- Experience in mobile design and thinking mobile/social first
- Curious, ambitious, and ready to dive into a fast-paced startup environment
- Organized, know how to prioritize work, and can structure day efficiently
- Understand digital marketing basics (Impressions, reach, engagement, CPM)
- Team player but can also work independently, always with kindness and willingness to share knowledge
