Lead the design of the primary website and acquired brand properties while delivering a high volume of assets across various mediums. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative execution with strategic goals and drive impact through conversion-focused designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead core web design: Own and evolve the design of expertinstitute.com and acquired brand sites
- Design across mediums: Deliver a high volume of assets spanning digital, print, presentations, video, motion graphics, and social media
- Drive impact: Create conversion-driven landing pages, marketing collateral, and sales tools
- Build and extend design systems: Continuously develop our design system for cohesion
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership
- Innovate & scale: Introduce new processes, tools, and design approaches
- Tell stories visually: Lead the production of explainer videos, animations, and multimedia assets
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional design experience
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
- Hands-on experience with motion graphics, video production/editing, and UI/UX design for digital platforms
- Proven ability to balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and resilience to incorporate feedback
