Responsibilities
- Create graphics across digital and print: social media content, literature, campaign materials, merchandise, event branding and publications.
- Adapt designs for different platforms while keeping a consistent look and feel.
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver creative on tight deadlines.
- Translate complex messages into clear, eye-catching visuals.
- Ensure every piece is accurate, polished, and ready for a national audience.
- Bring energy and ideas to help push our design output further.
Requirements
- A strong design portfolio showing creativity and attention to detail.
- Proven experience producing design in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a bonus.
- Confidence in working to tight deadlines and producing a large volume of content without losing quality.
- A strong eye for layout, typography and colour.
