Fabletics is seeking an Apparel Graphic Designer to create and execute apparel graphics with a focus on licensing and brand collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams and licensing partners to create graphics that align with both Fableticsβ aesthetic and the identity of external brands.
- Identify cultural, consumer, and category trends that inform and inspire licensed graphic opportunities.
- Research inspiration, print and graphic techniques, and compile seasonal mood boards specific to partnerships and collaborations.
- Design unique and original licensed graphics, including illustrations, logos, text compositions, trims, and packaging elements.
- Create pitch sheets and concept presentations tailored to licensing partners, ensuring alignment on creative direction, technique, and placement.
- Translate partner guidelines into on-brand apparel graphic applications that feel fresh and commercially relevant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Production, Marketing) to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and timely delivery of graphics.
- Act as a technical resource for graphic execution across various apparel categories and licensed product lines.
- Track, organize, and archive artwork across multiple partnerships and seasons.
- Support go-to-market and creative workflow processes, ensuring partner approvals are managed efficiently.
- Bring positivity, proactive energy, and a collaborative spirit to the team and partner relationships.
Requirements
- 4+ years of apparel graphic design experience, preferably with exposure to licensing or brand collaborations.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong eye for color and the ability to adapt and recolor graphics to meet both brand and partner requirements.
- Ability to create vector-based and hand-drawn artwork, with versatility to adapt to multiple brand aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of graphic techniques, screen printing, embroidery, appliquΓ©, and specialty finishes.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple licensed projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting creative to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Detail-oriented, highly creative, and solutions-driven.
- BFA/BA in Graphic Design or a related field.
