Senior UX Researcher

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will define and execute the UX research that informs the product roadmap. You will ensure that user research is conducted effectively and that insights are integrated into product development processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive complex regional research initiatives across squads, ARTs, or business lines
- Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to embed research into product strategy, decision-making, and roadmap planning
- Define and evolve the research operations model, governance, and tooling
- Champion ethical, inclusive, and evidence-based research practices
- Proactively develop and manage research plans, methodologies, and project timelines
- Support product managers through coaching, knowledge sharing, and feedback
- Coordinate and support user research activities
- Maintain high standards for research data management, documentation, and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Manage and optimize research tools and software
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, or a related discipline
- 5-12 years of experience conducting UX research in a product development environment
- Proficiency in research tools (e.g., Dovetail, Qualtrics, usability testing platforms)
- Solid understanding of UX principles and customer empathy
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills to convey insights to varied audiences
- Strong expertise in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research
