Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher

The Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher is responsible for defining and executing the UX strategy for products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure products meet user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive user-centered strategy through research, stakeholder interviews, and synthesis of insights into strategic deliverables that align with business goals
- Design and prototype intuitive experiences using UX artifacts like journey maps, wireframes, and mockups, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design fidelity
- Enhance user engagement and onboarding by developing Pendo guides, interactive walkthroughs, and crafting clear, user-focused UX copy across the application
- Measure and optimize product performance through audits, analytics tools, and dashboards to track success criteria and inform continuous UX improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX research, design, or strategy, preferably at a SaaS Company
- Must have an online portfolio
- Experience with whiteboard, wireframing, prototyping tools such as Figma & Figjam
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
