HTC Global Services is seeking a UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive interfaces for agency staff and citizens, collaborating with product owners and developers.
Responsibilities
- Lead design of intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces for agency staff and citizens.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility reviews.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and design prototypes in collaboration with product owners.
- Collaborate with developers to translate designs into working solutions.
Requirements
- Prior experience in UX/UI design for enterprise or government systems.
- Proficiency with design/prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Strong background in accessibility and responsive design.
- Portfolio demonstrating UX design for complex workflows.
