User Experience Designer

As a UX Designer at Spectrum, you will join the Billing Experience team to design and enhance digital solutions related to billing statements, auto pay, collections, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Create customer journey maps and visualizations in Figma to articulate end-to-end experiences (50%)
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and capture the holistic customer journey (25%)
• Define and design new customer experiences by identifying pain points and developing innovative solutions (25%)
• Partner with developers, analysts, and other designers to bring concepts to life through wireframes, prototypes, and user testing
• Continuously iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and customer insights to optimize the overall experience

Requirements

• 5–7 years of UX design experience in digital environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping)
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing customer journey mapping and user-centered design work
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)
