Assistant Manager - Technology Consulting - UI/UX Designer - Karachi

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for shaping user-centered experiences for digital products. You will conduct user research, develop design strategies, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- User Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and behaviors
- Design Strategy: Develop user experience strategies that align with business objectives and user expectations
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs accordingly
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field
- 4β6 years of UX/UI design experience, with exposure to enterprise or public-facing digital solutions
- Certification in UX is a plus
- Experience in agile delivery environments
Key Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Ability to conduct and apply user research and usability testing
- Strong command of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and accessibility standards
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS is a bonus)
- Strong user empathy and a user-first mindset
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Clear and persuasive communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to iterate quickly and accept feedback constructively
- Remain updated with the latest design trends and UX methodologies
