UI/Product Designer (Eastern/Central US Time Zone)

Translate product requirements and UX concepts into beautiful, intuitive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces, and work deeply within Figma to ensure consistency and efficiency across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements and UX concepts into beautiful, intuitive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces that are ready for development.
• Work deeply within Figma, leveraging and contributing to the established design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across the platform.
• Partner closely with product managers to understand goals, and with engineers to ensure designs are implemented to the highest standard.
• Look beyond the immediate task to understand how your work connects to the broader user experience and product ecosystem.
• Gracefully manage multiple projects at once, applying the right amount of effort to the right things at the right time.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product and visual design, with a focus on mobile apps (iOS, Android, React Native).
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, mobile app experiences, and strategic thinking.
• Experience with design systems, brand alignment, and scalable design for large user bases.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe Design Suite, Rive, Mural/FigJam; Protopie experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of UX best practices and interaction design.
• A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
