Senior Product Designer (UI and Visual Design)

Work closely with a Design Director to shape the look and feel of native apps, ensuring usability and brand alignment, and collaborate with UX and CX teams to deliver well-crafted features.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Design Director to enhance the visual design and storytelling of mobile responsive design projects.
• Ensure design consistency by maintaining and evolving the design strategy and system.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on UI and visual design to align with brand and digital standards.
• Partner with UX and CX leads to prioritize features and ensure effective design execution.
• Develop design concepts, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
• Guide and mentor other designers while driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead ideation sessions and design workshops to innovate new solutions.
• Work with researchers to apply insights that improve the design and user experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product and visual design, with a focus on mobile apps (iOS, Android, React Native).
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, mobile app experiences, and strategic thinking.
• Experience with design systems, brand alignment, and scalable design for large user bases.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe Design Suite, Rive, Mural/FigJam; Protopie experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of UX best practices and interaction design.
• A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
