Remote Full-time Senior
A Senior Interaction Designer (UI/UX) role to shape engaging digital experiences for leading brands, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging UX/UI solutions that meet business objectives and user needs across web, mobile, and responsive platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX, visual designers, developers, and product managers, to create cohesive and innovative digital experiences
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools
- Apply design principles such as typography, color, layout, and interaction patterns to ensure consistency and usability
- Incorporate user research, data analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions
- Maintain robust documentation, including workflow diagrams, design specifications, and component libraries
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, Gen AI design tools, and responsive frameworks to continually enhance design quality
Requirements
- Mid-to-senior level experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma (including Variables and Prototyping), Adobe Creative Suite, and Mac OS
- Knowledge of responsive design frameworks and principles of accessible and inclusive design
- Strong conceptual thinking skills
- Experience using data, research, and user feedback to inform design decisions
- Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Agency experience or exposure to client-focused design projects is a plus
