Collaborate with developers, managers, and engineers to solve UX challenges for mission technologies. Engage directly with users to capture feedback and improve usability.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers, managers, and engineers to solve UX challenges for mission technologies.
- Research user workflows and translate findings into modern, intuitive designs.
- Create front-end mockups and prototypes with tools like Axure, PenPot, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
- Engage directly with users to capture feedback and improve usability.
- Design user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Enhance the user experience across multiple applications through interactive and visual design best practices.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 5 years of experience may substitute degree).
- 7 years of experience in UX design.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear visuals.
- Hands-on experience with UX design, prototyping, and user-focused workflows.
- Analyst, End User, or mission SME experience highly desired.
