Collaborate with UX team members, product managers, and development teams to define user goals and requirements. Create design concepts and produce interactive prototypes for design validation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other UX team members, product managers and development teams to define user goals and requirements
- Conduct or analyze research to understand the product, the user, business need and market opportunities
- Create design concepts that achieve stated user goals and business objectives
- Learn, integrate and leverage our enterprise design library, aligning your project work with Sabre’s design standards for usability, accessibility and functionality
- Produce interactive prototypes for design validation, aligning with project requirements and internal best practices for application development
- Work on assigned products/features within a team environment and take on progressively more challenging opportunities as you demonstrate success in your assignments
Requirements
- Preferred: 5+ years of design and prototyping experience
- Preferred: Experience with complex applications such as financial services, business to business tools or e-commerce type products
- Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced software development environment such as Agile
- Preferred: Experience designing and developing across multiple form factors (mobile, tablet and desktop)
- Preferred: Familiarity with design thinking principles and methodologies
- Preferred: Experience with UX design tools; Figma is preferred
- Preferred: Front-end coding experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a self-starter, willing to dig in, work hard and meet commitments
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
