Designers will solve problems by translating end user needs and architecting new features. They will create universal design toolkits and explore opportunities for new user segments.

Responsibilities

  • Delve into solving problems ranging from translating end user needs, architecting new features, creating universal design toolkits to exploring opportunities for new user segments
  • Enrich the triad (PM, Eng., UX) partnership
  • Validate solutions by creating and driving usability studies and conducting user interviews

Requirements

  • Keen sense of craftsmanship
  • Exposure in user โ€“ customer centric and data informed design for scale
  • Ability to leverage & contribute to design systems
  • Inclusive and can collaborate independently with key stakeholders
  • Ability to validate solutions by creating and driving usability studies and conducting user interviews (a plus)
