YipitData is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead a design overhaul and enhance user experience for institutional investors using proprietary data and insights.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to production
- Influence the vision and strategy of our product’s experience
- Conduct research to deepen understanding of user personas and propose solutions
- Plan and conduct tests to validate usability and value of solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within the financial services space
- Understanding of financial markets and the workflows of institutional buy-side participants
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Excellent user research skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
