UX Designer

Create engaging, user-centric experiences for e-commerce sites and mobile apps as a UX Designer on a contract basis for a client specializing in imaging and printing products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Develop seamless journeys for browsing, comparing, configuring, and purchasing products
• Ensure design consistency across devices and platforms
• Collaborate closely with developers for accurate implementation
• Advocate for user-centered design in product development

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of UX design experience with e-commerce websites and mobile apps
• Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce UX flows
• Domain experience with projectors, printers, scanners, or related technology is highly preferred
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.)
• Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility
• Experience with SAP Commerce storefront UX
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Knowledge of design systems and reusable component libraries
