As a UX Designer on the Retail Media team at Criteo, you'll craft user experiences for brand marketers and retailers, working through the design process and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive projects through the entire design process - from initial ideation and validation, to design execution, through to feature implementation into the product.
  • Ensure each project deliverable aligns with client needs, adheres to technical constraints, and delivers business results.
  • Work closely with UX Research and Product Marketing teams to coordinate and implement user research initiatives.
  • Transform abstract ideas into tangible, valuable user experiences to foster alignment among stakeholders and provide clear direction.
  • Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, marketing, commercial teams, and fellow product designers.
  • Present design work to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale and value behind design decisions.
  • Provide detailed design artifacts (user flows, mockups, prototypes) and support to engineers in order to guide feature implementation.
  • Contribute to product and design roadmap planning, ensuring that priorities are well-defined and closely aligned with the overarching business objectives.
  • Stay informed about developments in the digital advertising industry and emerging design trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional UX design experience.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Capable of crafting and delivering designs for a comprehensive product with complex workflows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases.
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
  • Ad tech, e-commerce, or B2B experience a plus.
