UX Designer

As a UX Designer on the Retail Media team at Criteo, you'll craft user experiences for brand marketers and retailers, working through the design process and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive projects through the entire design process - from initial ideation and validation, to design execution, through to feature implementation into the product.
- Ensure each project deliverable aligns with client needs, adheres to technical constraints, and delivers business results.
- Work closely with UX Research and Product Marketing teams to coordinate and implement user research initiatives.
- Transform abstract ideas into tangible, valuable user experiences to foster alignment among stakeholders and provide clear direction.
- Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, marketing, commercial teams, and fellow product designers.
- Present design work to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale and value behind design decisions.
- Provide detailed design artifacts (user flows, mockups, prototypes) and support to engineers in order to guide feature implementation.
- Contribute to product and design roadmap planning, ensuring that priorities are well-defined and closely aligned with the overarching business objectives.
- Stay informed about developments in the digital advertising industry and emerging design trends.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related field.
- 2+ years of professional UX design experience.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Capable of crafting and delivering designs for a comprehensive product with complex workflows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases.
- Exceptional communication, listening, and collaboration skills.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
- Ad tech, e-commerce, or B2B experience a plus.
