A UX Designer Co-op/Intern position at Nokia focusing on the Nokia Design System, collaborating with experts to drive innovation and consistency across Nokia products.
Responsibilities
- Produce sketches, storyboards, wireframes, visual mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate user experiences.
- Translate business and user requirements into simple, meaningful design solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX peers, and developers to align design with user and business goals.
- Discuss and refine prototypes with stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Work closely with UX designers and researchers to synthesize and apply feedback.
Requirements
- Currently a candidate for a Master’s, Bachelor’s degree, or Diploma in User Experience Design or a related field with an accredited school in Canada.
- Strong interaction design skills to define and communicate design solutions.
- Proficiency with Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Excellent communication, reasoning, and collaboration skills.
