Senior Product Designer

Integrate is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of their platform, focusing on solving complex UX challenges and creating experiences that drive real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and user research to deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and goals
• Create thoughtful design solutions, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to bring features from concept to launch
• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform and validate your work, striking a balance between user needs and business goals
• Contribute to evolving the design system and UX patterns to ensure platform consistency and scalability
• Facilitate workshops, design critiques, and stakeholder sessions that drive alignment and momentum across teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on product design experience in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Track record of leading design work across the full product lifecycle — from discovery through delivery
• Strong UX and interaction design skills, with a portfolio showcasing business and user outcomes
• Comfort running user research (interviews, usability tests, A/B tests) and analyzing data to inform design decisions
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively across functions and seniority levels
• Bonus: experience designing for mid-market or enterprise-level users with complex workflows
