Develop on-brand visual assets for various marketing materials and collaborate with team members to create integrated campaigns. Ensure consistency in visual communications while staying current with design trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop “on-brand” visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital advertising, social media, print collateral, signage, merchandise, and JetBlue’s owned platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with copywriters, marketers, and other design team members to create integrated campaign materials.
  • Apply JetBlue’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications while maintaining a fresh and modern approach.
  • Take direction and feedback from senior team members and translate it into design refinements.
  • Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy across print and digital outputs.
  • Participate in brainstorms, critiques, and team reviews with a willingness to contribute ideas and iterate.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and techniques to help elevate JetBlue’s creative work.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field; and at least Two to four (2-4 years) of previous related work experience.
  • One (1) year of professional design experience, preferably in an in-house creative team or agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print work, with clear understanding of layout, color, typography, and brand design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma or other digital design tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative creative team.
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (10%).
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
