Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will conceptualize and design visual assets across various platforms, ensuring alignment with JetBlue's brand identity. They will collaborate with copywriters and marketers to develop cohesive design solutions while providing mentorship to junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design “on-brand” visual assets for email campaigns, digital advertising, social media, print collateral, signage, merchandise, and JetBlue-owned platforms.
- Partner closely with copywriters, marketers, and fellow creatives to develop cohesive, breakthrough concepts.
- Help evolve and expand JetBlue’s brand identity while ensuring visual consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
- Provide art direction and mentorship to junior and mid-level designers, offering constructive feedback and fostering creative growth.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into visually compelling, customer-first design solutions.
- Oversee production-ready files, ensuring technical precision and quality across print, digital, and motion outputs.
- Drive creative exploration, staying ahead of design, cultural, and technology trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
- Manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, delivering on time without compromising creativity or craft.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous related work experience.
- Three (3) years of professional design experience, preferably in an in-house creative team or agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print work, with clear understanding of layout, color, typography, and brand design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); familiarity with Figma or other digital design tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with motion design or animation tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative creative team.
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%).
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
