The Senior Graphic Designer supports multiple teams by developing custom marketing materials for various business pursuits. They manage creative projects, ensuring deadlines are met while collaborating closely with various stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Supports multiple teams across the Multifamily Capital Markets platform
- Develops custom, eye-catching marketing materials for new business pursuits and property marketing
- Manages multiple creative marketing projects across teams, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborates closely with marketing, brokers, sales professionals, and analysts to understand project objectives and deliver effective design solutions aligned with business goals
- Provides guidance, creative input, and leads the creation of marketing materials
- Repositions and rebrands marketing collateral through logo development, color palettes, typography, and storytelling
- Researches, produces, and designs market overviews and maps
- Stays current with industry trends and competitor marketing to enhance strategies and ensure branding consistency per Newmark guidelines
- Coordinates with third-party vendors for photography and video/aerial footage as needed
- Responds to client inquiries and provides requested information
- Reports to the Regional Director of Marketing and handles other administrative duties as needed
