Hybrid Contract Senior

You will drive the design process end-to-end, from working with customers and wireframes to interactive prototypes and handoff to developers. Youโ€™ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our tools look and feel, ensuring usability, clarity, and visual polish at every stage of development.

  • Owning design from concept to implementation
  • Designing for data-heavy environments
  • Delivering quickly and thoughtfully
  • Collaborating deeply with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Figma expert
  • Bootstrap familiarity
  • Portfolio of UX/UI work
  • Experience designing for interactivity and data

Key Skills

  • Figma expert
  • Bootstrap familiarity
  • Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML/CSS/JavaScript or frameworks like Vue.js
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and designing user flows around dynamic data
  • Experience working in Agile or MVP environments
  • Experience in usability testing and rapid prototyping
  • Strong communication & collaboration
  • Empathy for users
  • Adaptability
  • Experience working with developers via tools like GitLab, Jira, or Slack
  • Understanding of lean design practices and shipping iteratively with feedback
