The UI Designer will be responsible for the core user experience, interaction processes, and interface design of the project. They will lead the design and iteration of interaction prototypes to ensure smooth player operations and enhance playability.
Responsibilities
- 负责项目核心用户体验、交互流程及界面设计，持续提升产品整体交互水准
- 主导交互原型的构思、设计和迭代，保证玩家操作的流畅和可玩性空间的拓展
- 结合产品目标和玩家需求，系统化梳理与优化交互体验，推动创新方案真正落地
- 与策划、美术、程序等多团队紧密协作，确保交互设计高效实现并符合产品核心体验
- 基于数据分析与用户反馈，不断优化迭代交互方案，提升核心体验指标
- 关注行业趋势与竞品动态，沉淀并输出交互创新点，驱动体验突破
Requirements
- 本科及以上学历
- 2年以上交互设计相关经验，有游戏、数字娱乐或系统产品交互经验者优先
- 熟练运用主流设计与原型工具，有完整产品交互落地案例
- 扎实的用户体验与交互设计理论基础，能独立梳理和优化复杂流程
- 有系统思维与创新能力，关注玩家诉求，善于输出高质量设计文档和规范
- 具备数据驱动的体验优化能力，能结合反馈主动推动持续迭代
- 良好沟通与跨团队协作能力，能独立承担重点模块设计并高效配合团队落地
- 保持对行业前沿动态的关注和持续学习
