Product Designer

Manage the end-to-end experience journey of a product, from initial problem discovery through to end delivery for the client. Advocate for users’ needs in the prioritization and design of systems within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end experience journey of a product
• Develop research-driven low and high-fidelity prototypes/wireframes
• Plan, conduct, summarize, and communicate user research
• Develop visual communications and infographics
• Advocate for users' needs in the prioritization and design of systems
• Iteratively improve wireframes and prototypes based on feedback
• Plan and facilitate workshops, seminars, and presentations
• Client management and engagement
• Champion strategic design thinking and human-centered design

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in User Experience Design
• 3+ years of experience with Prototype/Wireframing Software (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
• 1+ years of experience on an Agile software development team in a design capacity
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX, research, and prototyping skills
• Experience managing multiple client relationships with varying responsibilities
• Fluency in combining organizational goals with user research
• Experience developing and executing co-design, ideation, and planning workshops
• Ability to remain nimble and responsive to a fast-paced industry
• Comfortable working with limited direction and ambiguity
• Strong ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
