Drive end-to-end design for product features and workflows, collaborating with cross-functional partners. Validate ideas through usability testing and user research, ensuring complex capabilities are made simple and usable.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end design for product features and workflows, from research and framing through to execution
- Navigate ambiguity by exploring broad problem spaces and proposing clear, actionable solutions
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to align design with strategy and delivery
- Apply and help evolve our design system (Yama-DS) to ensure consistency, scalability, and craft across the platform
- Validate ideas through usability testing and user research, turning insights into improvements
- Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and build alignment across teams
- Contribute to the growth of design culture, mentoring peers and sharing best practices
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of product design experience, ideally with complex B2B or SaaS applications
- Strong skills in interaction design, systems thinking, and visual polish
- A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product design and problem-solving in complex domains
- Experience working within design systems and cross-product ecosystems
- Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools)
- Curiosity about AI-augmented workflows is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across distributed, global teams
