Solve complex design problems with a focus on factory workers, collaborating with product managers and engineers. Translate user data into interactive mock-ups and conduct user tests to evaluate concepts.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex design problems from start to finish, keeping factory workers at the center of your solutions
- Actively participate in defining the problem with product managers, tech leads, and the design team
- Translate user data and requirements into interactive mock-ups and prototypes
- Conduct user tests, heuristic audits, and customer validations
- Design detailed flows, high-fidelity mock-ups, interactions, and specifications
- Partner with product managers and engineers to frame problems, validate opportunities, and bring solutions to life
- Use design as a lever to accelerate collaboration and impact within squads
- Communicate progress, design decisions, and challenges openly to teammates and stakeholders
- Collaborate with designers across all teams to continuously improve Poka’s design processes, principles, and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design (Graphic, Industrial, Multimedia, Interaction) or related field
- 8+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer
- Experience in digital product and system design
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of Figma
- A Portfolio demonstrating concrete examples of digital product design
- Excellent English and French, spoken and written
