Senior Product Designer, Care Finding

Design and test new features to help clients find mental health support that meets their needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an intuitive and efficient user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and test new features for therapy search experiences
- Work closely with partners from Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing
- Work iteratively using A/B testing, research, and other tools
- Collaborate with other designers, particularly on the Care Finding Provider team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a consumer-facing space
- Portfolio with case studies showcasing user needs, creative problem-solving, and strong, consumer-grade experiences
- Comfortable working rapidly and iteratively, with a bias toward action
- Fluent in digital design and prototyping tools, especially Figma
- Passionate about user research and accessibility/usability
- Motivated by Alma’s mission
