Responsibilities
- Design and prototype fast, testable solutions that solve real problems for small businesses, partners & distribution teams
- Use AI tools to streamline your workflow
- Collaborate across squads to deliver commercial outcomes
- Build tight feedback loops with users and stakeholders to iterate quickly
- Make smart, informed decisions using internal data, user insights, and strong product judgment
- Stay close to fintech trends and bring fresh ideas
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales & Operations teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience (fintech or SaaS ideal)
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and AI-enhanced design platforms
- A bias for action
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Naturally curious with a knack for diving into details
- Excellent collaboration and communication
- Passion for solving small business challenges
- Bonus: Experience designing for B2B SaaS or SME audiences
