Insight Global seeks a Lead Experience Designer to shape retail store experiences, lead design initiatives, and champion best practices.
Responsibilities
- Independently leading design initiatives and collaborating closely with stakeholders
- Driving the end-to-end design process for key initiatives
- Conducting in-depth user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions
- Creating and utilizing ecosystem maps, journey maps, and comprehensive design documentation
- Designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Presenting design decisions and work to partners
Requirements
- Public portfolio showcasing professional work with diverse design projects
- 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design
- 1+ year of leadership experience mentoring other designers
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and developing AI strategies within the design workflow
- Expertise in Figma for design and prototyping
- Professional B2C design flow project experience
