Lead and supervise the creative process from brainstorming to final execution, ensuring consistency with brand standards. Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to develop high-quality visual designs for various marketing materials.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the creative process, from brainstorming and conceptualization to final execution, consistent with established brand standards.
- Run third-party agencies to deliver creative across multiple channels.
- Develop high-quality visual designs for digital, print, social media, email campaigns, PPT and other marketing materials.
- Handle and collaborate with external agencies on all design-related initiatives, from print to digital.
- Design (in-house) materials for numerous participants, from sales to internal communications and various departmental requests.
- Maintain consistency across all design touchpoints.
- Manage all design files, image libraries, standards, etc.
- Handle additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience required with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise across digital and print media.
- 5-7 years of hands-on design experience, ideally working in both agency and in-house environments.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and visual composition.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.
- Experience working in a matrixed global organization.
- Exhibit executive presence and confidence to regularly interact with leaders across the organization.
