The Graphic Designer will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to manage design projects from briefing to delivery. They will create visually compelling designs and contribute creative solutions across various formats.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including commercial teams, business units, and corporate functions.
- Manage select design projects from briefing to delivery, including timelines and coordination.
- Help prioritize team workload and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
- Translate briefs into visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and business goals.
- Contribute creative solutions across various formats such as video, static, motion graphics, and presentations.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance workflows and explore new design approaches.
- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations that support storytelling and meet brand standards.
- Review deliverables from internal or external stakeholders to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Support the team in maintaining and organizing the digital asset management platform.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs or Associate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.
- Strong foundation in design principles including layout, typography, color, and composition.
- Solid professional design experience, ideally within a company and agency.
- Solid understanding of corporate brand guidelines and how to apply them effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Strong English skills (written and spoken) are required.
