The Intelligence Management Specialist will provide graphics design support to the National Center for Medical Intelligence and serve as an office manager for NCMI leadership. Responsibilities include coordinating with various intelligence community personnel and conducting technical editing and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Provides Graphics Design Support to NCMI marketing.
  • Serve as an office manager for the NCMI leadership.
  • Coordinates with personnel throughout the intelligence community, Defense Intelligence Agency, Unified Commands, Services, and other national agencies.
  • Conducts technical editing.
  • Conducts a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in biosafety and biosecurity analysis.
  • Provides staff support to include reviewing documents for accuracy, managing RFIs, conducting task actions, producing reports and briefings.

Requirements

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
  • A CI Polygraph or ability to successfully complete one as a term of employment.
  • Previous experience or education in Graphics Design.
  • Experience with technical editing.
  • Previous experience support military operations.
