The Graphic Designer will create visually appealing app store assets, digital ads, and social media graphics to enhance user engagement and brand storytelling. They will collaborate with various teams to maintain a cohesive visual identity and leverage AI tools to streamline design processes.
Responsibilities
- Design & Optimize App Store Assets: Create eye-catching app store visuals (icons, screenshots, banners) that make our travel app stand out and turn browsers into adventurers
- Craft Performance Marketing Creatives: Develop compelling digital ads and banners that grab attention and drive user engagement, fueling our growth in a competitive marketplace
- Social Media Storytelling: Design engaging social media graphics and content that inspire wanderlust and consistently communicate our brand story across platforms
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with motion designers, marketers, and social media managers to bring cohesive and impactful visual stories to life
- Build & Maintain Design Systems: Develop and refine our design system and illustration library, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all materials
- Leverage AI for Creativity: Experiment with cutting-edge AI tools to enhance your workflow, generate ideas, and streamline design processes
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Research and incorporate the latest design trends and techniques, keeping our visual content fresh and innovative
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a product-first company with high design standards
- Prior experience working in consumer-focused, design-led environments (e.g., travel, food delivery, e-commerce, mobility) is a big plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and illustration libraries
- Familiarity with AI-driven design tools or eagerness to adopt them
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and sound design principles (typography, color theory, layout, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently from concept to completion
- Up-to-date with current design trends and eager to experiment with new ideas
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple priorities
Key Skills
