As a UI/UX Designer at Candis, you will design core workflows with significant influence on user experience, focusing on complex processes in the ERP context.
Responsibilities
- Design core workflows with significant influence on user experience
- Work on complex processes in the ERP context
- Find solutions that work for as many companies as possible
- Balance between 'complex enough' and 'easy to use'
- Determine what has immediate impact and what can be developed long-term
- Redesign 'Paragraph 14' checks and complete error handling for document data entry
- Conduct user interviews, guide discovery processes, and test prototypes
- Understand design system, product logic, and requirements for 'Advanced Workflows'
- Deliver market-ready slices that provide real value
Requirements
- Based in Berlin, fluent in German (native) and English
- Very good aesthetic sense, detail-oriented
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple user flows, aware of technical limits
- Experience with design systems, iterative work
- Conducts user research and integrates findings into concepts
- Works closely with PMs and Devs to include implementability early
- Experience with Automatisierungen, Triggern, Freigaben, or Workflows (bonus)
- B2B and/or Domain experience in Finance/ERP (bonus)
- Experience in startups or fast-paced teams (bonus)
