The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and shape design strategies, create wireframes and prototypes, and work closely with developers for accurate implementation. They will also conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and shape UI/UX design strategies
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for user testing and development
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Build and maintain design systems and reusable components for consistency
- Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback
- Identify and resolve UX issues to enhance user experience
- Design responsive and accessible interfaces across devices
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals
- Review final products to ensure design quality and consistency
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in R&D
- Experience in web programming, Javascript, React/Angular
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of web and application design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics
