Associate UI/UX Designer

As an Associate Designer, you will collaborate with researchers and strategists to solve business challenges through design. You will be involved in user research, prototyping, product definition, and pitching to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a champion for design thinking and a human-centered, entrepreneurial approach to strategic enterprise transformation
• Work with cross-functional teams of researchers, designers, strategists and technologists
• Support stakeholder and secondary research; participate in end-user primary research
• Support collaborative workshops then synthesize insights into defensible visions, frameworks, and concepts
• Support concept validation testing and occasional co-design work sessions with end-users
• Continually keep abreast of emerging and best-in-class user experiences
• Apply documented design systems thoughtfully and rigorously
• Actively participate in creating, testing, and sharing new and better tools, methods and processes

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience (including internships) as part of an internal or agency team and/or academic studies in design-related field
• Ability to quickly bring ideas to life through a variety of means
• Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered practices
• Experience working alongside software developers and solid understanding of the software development process
• Figma, Figjam, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, LucidChart, and GPT model experience
• Exemplary verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude, bias toward iteration & action
