Design and deliver user interfaces in alignment with the company’s design system while collaborating with product managers and developers. Ensure consistency and scalability in design practices and maintain documentation for design guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver UI screens in alignment with the company’s design system
- Collaborate with PMs, BDs, and developers to translate requirements into effective design layouts
- Ensure consistency through component-based structures and scalable design practices
- Work closely with developers to provide detailed designs and handoffs via Figma
- Create and maintain documentation for design guidelines when necessary
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, components, libraries)
- Experience in using or building a design system
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- A strong, structured portfolio demonstrating clean UI design work
- Solid understanding of visual hierarchy and web-based UI principles
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience in using or building a design system
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of web and application design principles
- Keen eye for aesthetics
